This is a full workshop service where I pick up your device. I perform a full overhaul including security updates and virus removal while keeping your files 100% safe. I return and set it up the next day.
"New Computer" Setup
I handle file and photo migration. I connect your printer and Wi-Fi and provide a 20-minute orientation to get you comfortable.
Secure Data Backup
I set up automated, local storage so you can "set it and forget it". Your data stays 100% safe and local.
Remote Service
You don't even have to leave your chair. I'll walk you through a simple, secure connection so I can fix your tech problems while you watch—explained in plain English, with no jargon.
