Mobile Service & Travel Fee Notes: All visits within Johnson County are subject to a single, flat travel fee added to your final labor total. Everything is structured to be 100% transparent and cash-friendly (no loose change).
Mobile Concierge Travel Fee: $40 Flat Fee. Whether I fix your device right at your desk, or I safely unhook it, repair it at my lab, and return/reconnect it to you—this single flat fee covers my time and gas.
The Check-Up: $20. (100% Waived if you proceed with any repair).
Declined Repairs: If a recommended repair is declined after the check-up, you only owe for the initial visit and diagnostics ($20 check-up + $40 travel = $60 total).
Prices cover labor only; replacement components utilize tax-inclusive rounding for straightforward, cash-friendly totals.

Hardware Installation: Level 1 (Quick Access)
"Pop-and-drop" component installation. Perfect for quick upgrades swappable in 15–20 minutes without heavy teardown (e.g., standard RAM, hard drives, case fans). Parts billed separately.
Hardware Installation: Level 2 (Complex Route)
Applies when a replacement requires routing wiring, clearing debris, or removing secondary parts (e.g., power supplies, liquid cooling systems, standard laptop batteries).
Hardware Installation: Level 3 (Full Teardown)
Full board-out surgery. The entire machine must be gutted to reach components buried on the underside (e.g., inverted laptop fans, internal keyboards, fragile display panels).
Broken Port Repair
If your gaming console won't show up on the TV, or your laptop won't charge, I can take it apart and micro-solder a brand new plug onto the board so you don't have to buy a new device.
Internal Motherboard Repair
If your computer won't turn on at all, instead of buying an expensive new "brain" (motherboard), I can track down the exact tiny burned-out chip inside and replace just that specific piece.
Custom Computer Assembly
You buy the parts, and I will professionally build your new PC with clean wiring and heavy stress testing. (Note: Extreme enthusiast builds like custom hardline liquid-cooling loops require a custom quote).
