How much does a typical repair cost?

I believe in transparent, flat-rate pricing so there are never any surprises. A Standard House Call is $95 (up to 1 hour), and my signature "Complete Refresh" concierge service is $185. If your repair requires hardware parts, I will always provide a clear estimate for your approval before any work begins.

How long will it take to get my computer back?

My goal is to get you back up and running as fast as possible. Most "Complete Refresh" services are next-day. For more complex hardware repairs or custom builds, I typically have your machine fixed and delivered back to your door within 48 to 72 hours, depending on part availability.

Do I need to unplug everything before you arrive?

Not at all! That is part of the concierge experience. I will personally handle the disconnection of your cables and peripherals when I pick up the machine, and I will set everything back up and ensure it's working perfectly when I return it to your home.

Is my data safe?

Your privacy is my absolute priority. I handle every repair personally, which means your computer and your data never leave my sight while they are in my care.
