Clear Upfront Rates:
- $40 Mobile Travel Fee: Flat dispatch fee for scheduled on-site visits and hardware pickups across all Johnson County communities.
- $20 Lab Diagnostic Check-Up: Pinpoints hardware faults, component degradation, or OS corruption at our Franklin lab.
- 100% Waived if Repaired: When you proceed with recommended hardware or system repair, the $20 diagnostic fee is credited in full.
- Business Discovery Audits: Comprehensive 5-Point Discovery Audits for commercial networks are provided at zero cost or obligation.
